what this is
runrunrunrun analyses your Strava training history and offers coaching guidance based on it. You need a Strava account to use it. There is no separate login.
talk to a doctor first
Before starting any plan this app suggests, review your medical history, your current conditions and your physical limitations with a licensed medical doctor. If you have, or might have, a heart, respiratory or musculoskeletal condition — or anything else that could make exercise unsafe for you — get medical clearance before you run a single step of anything suggested here.
That first check isn’t the end of it. The plan itself should be reviewed periodically by a medical doctor or a certified running coach: a real person who can examine you and catch something software cannot. This app is not a substitute for either.
the coach is software, and it makes mistakes
The plans, reviews and answers you see here are written by an AI language model, from figures this app computed. That is not the same as a human coach writing them. The model can misread a figure, draw the wrong conclusion, or simply be wrong — its advice can contain mistakes, be inaccurate, or be flatly incorrect, and nothing it says is checked by a human before you see it.
we cannot see your health
This app has no way to detect a medical problem. It doesn’t know about an arrhythmia, an undiagnosed injury, a medication, or anything else about your body beyond a training log. Tracking your own health — noticing pain, fatigue, dizziness, or anything else that says stop — is entirely your own responsibility, every session, regardless of what the app said that session should feel like.
no responsibility
Using this app, and anything you do because of what it told you, is entirely at your own risk. runrunrunrun takes no responsibility for any injury, health outcome, or other harm connected to using it, to the fullest extent the law allows. If that isn’t acceptable to you, don’t use the app.
accuracy
Computed metrics are only as good as the data Strava gives us — a missing heart-rate strap, a treadmill run with no GPS or a forgotten pause will all skew a number. Where the data cannot support a conclusion, the app is built to say so rather than guess, but you should apply your own judgement.
availability
This is a small application running against Strava’s API under rate limits shared across all of its users, and it may be unavailable, slow, or capped at any time. No uptime is promised.
strava
runrunrunrun is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Strava. Use of Strava data here is subject to Strava’s own API agreement and their terms of service.
ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may withdraw access if the app has to be shut down or if Strava withdraws our API access.
